Service description

Teglo operates an AI voice operator platform that answers and places calls, and sends related text messages, on behalf of its ISP clients to help with tasks such as appointment scheduling, installation confirmations, verification, and billing support.

Program description

When you provide your mobile number and consent, you will receive service-related SMS messages, including appointment and installation confirmations, one-time verification codes, and billing or payment links.

How to opt in

You opt in by verbally consenting during a phone call with your provider's voice assistant and providing your mobile number, after being told what messages you will receive.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's network availability.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

No guarantees

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we make no claim of HIPAA, SOC 2, or other compliance certification unless expressly agreed in writing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
